We will required following things for cooking this Soya Kheema

1 cup Nutrela Soya Granules
1/2 cups finely chopped onions
1/2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
13 cup peas – 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped green chilles – 1 tsp jeera
1 tsp garlic ginger paste – 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder – 1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt – 1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil – Coriander to garnish
Method
Step 1: First take Oil in a non-stick pan and add jeera, green chillies, ginger garlic
paste and onions to it.
Step 2: Cook till onions turn brown.
Step 3: Now add peas, capsicum, tomatoes and cook well for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4: To this mixture add all dry masala and salt and stir well.
Step 5: Laszly add Nutrela Soya Granules and lemon juice.
Step 6: Cook the mix for 5-7 minutes and garnish with coriander
Step 7: -Serve hat.
