Here I am sharing my experience for losing the weight. Normally, we are too possessive about our weight, and due to that we start skipping our food, but trust me it is not a correct way to lose the weight. If you are literally serious about losing the weight, then my experience will really help you.
If you have some special occasion like some anniversary or spouse’s birthday, and you want to give a surprise to him, then no need to worry. You just have to keep patience as well as you have to stick on your goal also (losing the weight).
Here are some easy ways with which you can easily lose 2 kg weight in 2 weeks. Here they are:
- Sugar, potato and rice, avoid these things for 2 weeks for losing the weight
- Use stairs instead of lift or elevator
- Drink more and more water
- Green tea also plays a vital role in losing the weight
- Eat more vegetables
- Do some exercise, if you don’t have much time, then you can clean the house for 30 minutes, walk 20 minutes, or you can skip the rope at your home
- Yoga is one of a best way to reduce the weight
- Avoid taking food in front of television
- Eat in your limit
- Take the stuffs that possess the vitamin C, as vitamin C burns the body fat and that will lead to the weight loss
- Do walk or jog, with this you will definitely burn the fat
These are some ways with which you can loss 2 kg weight in 14 days or 2 weeks.
